My Client is a leading Facilities company they are looking for a People & Culture Business partner to join the team.

- Drive business performance through people and culture strategies, by implementing P&C initiatives that enhanc
- Engagement, productivity, and retention within the business area.
- Develop, build and test solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness and address identified P&C gaps.
- Develop and embed P&C solutions that support winning talent, operational excellence, business growth and customer Retention.
- Identify, assess, and implement strategies that reduce employment, compliance, and operational risks.
- Lead organisational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of People projects and embedding sustainable changes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance on complex or escalated cases, including policy interpretation, ER case management, TUPE, and Union engagement in line with relevant CoEs
- Deliver professional employee relations advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law, that minimises risk, fosters fairness, and supports business goals.
- Actively participate in operational and P&C solution meetings to provide insights, anticipate issues, and enable Informed leadership decisions.
- Coach, mentor, and build the skills of the People & Culture team to deliver impactful results across the business
