What you will do

  • Sales Associate is a high-impact, progression-focused role for ambitious sales professionals looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Work closely with Sales Executives and cross-functional teams to build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and support the full sales cycle across a range of customer segments—from SMEs to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation – Proactively identify and research potential customers across defined sectors and segments. Execute high-quality outbound and inbound prospecting activities (phone, email, social) to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. Leverage market insights, account intelligence, and trigger events to tailor outreach and open conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Opportunity Qualification & Sales Support – Conduct initial qualification calls to assess customer needs, buying authority, timelines, and fit for solutions. Support Sales Executives throughout the sales cycle by joining discovery calls, demos, and follow-up meetings. Provide value in customer interactions by identifying pain points, presenting relevant insights, and supporting next-step strategies.
  • Sales Skills Development & Enablement – Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, peer learning, and industry-specific knowledge. Implement best practices in communication, value-led outreach, and closing support. Build a credible personal brand and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work collaboratively with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to optimise processes, improve CRM hygiene, and enhance forecasting accuracy. Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality, share feedback on campaigns, and support go-to-market initiatives. Ensure alignment with broader sales teams to drive consistent performance and customer experience.

What we are looking for in a candidate

  • Performance & KPIs – Consistently exceed core KPIs, including outbound activity volume and quality, meetings booked and attended, qualified opportunities passed to Sales Executives, pipeline influenced and revenue contribution, and engagement in thought leadership and branding activities.
  • General Requirements – Demonstrable ambition and drive to develop a career in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and research skills to identify and qualify opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to learn, adapt, and implement feedback. Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools is advantageous. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.
