Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced painter to complete high‑quality finishing on fire door casings, frames and doors. Immediate start available.

Key Duties

• Surface preparation – sanding, filling and priming fire door casings, frames and doors
• Applying coatings – undercoats and topcoats applied to a professional standard
• Maintaining fire‑door integrity – ensuring seals, hardware and compliance are not affected
• Protecting surrounding areas – masking, sheeting and maintaining a clean workspace
• Minor repairs – addressing small defects prior to painting
• Quality checks – ensuring a consistent, high‑quality finish
• Efficient workflow – managing time to meet the project schedule
• Tool and material care – maintaining brushes, rollers and equipment

Requirements

• CSCS card required
• Asbestos Awareness certificate required
• Proven experience painting fire doors and frames
• Own tools and transport
