Ling Moor Primary Academy in Lincoln is seeking a Level 3 Apprentice Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and dedicated team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, creative, and committed to maximising pupil progress while adapting to the changing needs of the academy.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to inclusivity for all children, especially those with special educational needs. Functional Skills training will be provided for candidates lacking GCSE Maths and English C or above.
