People Partner role
Core Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with all support functions to deliver key people and operational initiatives, which align with itsu strategy.
- Execute the employee lifecycle seamlessly and accurately.
- Ensure General Managers and Operation Managers understand how and when to escape ER issues to the ER Partner.
- Be aware and proactively advise on the creation of the any performance improvement plans for the shop teams.
- Lead and drive key people initiatives and projects, with support of operations and the wider people team
- Work collaboratively with the Talent team to support with recruitment, when needed.
- Support the L&D team in delivering people focused training programmes to upskill management competency and HR capability within shop operations. Providing insights and expertise to inform content and delivery.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on people KPIs and insights.
