Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Assistant Producer with a genuine enthusiasm and interest in joining the Sky Sports F1 team. The role will involve working across all aspects of Formula 1 content creation and production.
What you’ll do:
- Work on live Sky Sports Formula 1 content both on-site at race weekends and Sky Studios
- Help to develop programme concepts and ideas, playing a full part in all aspects of programming
- Create dynamic and engaging music montages and features
- Edit video for social & digital media
- Produce long form edited programmes for transmission
- Organise and produce multi-camera shoots working closely with on-screen reporters, analysts and Formula 1 teams
What you’ll bring:
- Understanding of the editorial and production requirements of a live event
- Ability to work well under pressure in a live broadcast gallery environment
- Experience of planning and producing multi-camera shoots
- Track record of producing engaging & creative content
- Knowledge and experience of multi-platform production techniques and editing practices
- Ability to build relationships externally and internally
- Knowledge of Ofcom broadcast regulations
- Passion for Formula 1

How you’ll work: We’ve adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are X days in the office per week.
