Salary – £14,550 – £14,781 (Actual Salary) pro rated – Pay Award Pending
We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our team of excellent Teaching Assistants. We are looking for a highly motivated team member with the skills and experience necessary to support the needs of an individual pupil and to assist the teachers in promoting high standards of engagement and behaviour.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will provide individual support for a child with complex emotional and associated behavioural needs within a mainstream classroom and an EHCP with communication and interaction a primary need. The contract is expected to run until July 2029 or for the duration of the child’s time at the school. The post is 25 hours per week, term time only.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be resilient and flexible, with a passion for supporting children with SEND needs. Previous work with children is essential.
