Production Operative

Job Description

We currently have opportunities for Production Operatives to join our team in Thetford.

Hours and Shift Patterns

• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• PACKING: Days 06:00-18:00 or Nights 18:00-06:00
• FRYING: Days 05:00-17:00 or Nights 17:00-05:00

Pay

Trained Operatives £13.40 per hour + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm-6am (£14.74)

Main Responsibilities

• Handle and pack food products for top retail customers within a busy chilled factory environment.
• Handle raw meat that has already been butchered.

Ideal Candidate

• Passion for delivering customer orders while ensuring our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
• Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
• Enjoy working at pace and have a keenness to take action and achieve results.
• Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is ideal but not essential; full training will be provided.
