About the Role
As a Network Technical Solutions Architect in our Advanced Technology Center (ATC), you will develop, test, execute, and document engagements for our customers. This role requires proven knowledge and experience in Networking and also a good understanding of Security, Virtualization, and Storage technologies. You will scope lab requests, design architectures, and build lab environments aligned with specified test plans. Your contributions will include executing test cases, troubleshooting issues, documenting results, and ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high‑quality standards within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Configure, troubleshoot, and test network solutions.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and test virtualization solutions.
- Leads and manages large, complex projects involving multiple team members, new technologies, and high customer expectations.
- Create low level design documentation that is detailed and easy‑to‑understand.
- Create test plan documentation independently that details out the whole project.
- Communicate and collaborate with the project team.
- Actively participate in certification testing programs.
- Lead in projects across all phases, including Scoping, Building, Executing, Teardown, and Archiving.
- Present project status and test plan results to Customers.
- Presenting in front of groups, Account teams, and Customers.
- Mentor and support Technical Solution Architects and Engineers in their tasks and professional development.
- Present lab findings and outcomes in our ATC Builders series.
Qualifications
Proven knowledge and experience in Networking and also a good understanding of Security, Virtualization, and Storage technologies.
Required Skills
Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and testing network and virtualization solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in leading large, complex projects and mentoring team members.
