Business Development Specialist – Finance & Restructuring | London

We’re working with a leading international law firm to hire a Business Development Specialist supporting high-growth Finance & Restructuring practices, including Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, Capital Markets, and Restructuring.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic BD team, driving client growth and supporting high-value, complex transactions across global markets.

• Support BD strategy across finance and restructuring practices
• Lead on pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
• Deliver market intelligence, deal tracking, and client research
• Coordinate submissions, credentials, and thought leadership
• Support client events, sponsorships, and profile-raising initiatives

About You

• 3–6 years’ BD experience within legal or professional services
• Strong exposure to finance (leveraged finance/credit preferred)
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
