Role: Front of House Coordinator Location: Dartford⏰ Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays | 8:15am – 5:00pm Start Date: ASAP Contract: Temporary
✨ The Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a professional reception and meeting space. Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, including senior stakeholders and directors
- Managing a busy switchboard and handling incoming calls professionally
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and set-ups
- Arranging catering for meetings and events
- Preparing rooms to a high standard and clearing away afterwards
- Resetting meeting spaces, including moving furniture (chairs/tables as needed)
- Ensuring the front of house area remains immaculate at all times
✅ About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and thrives on providing excellent service:
- Previous front of house / receptionist experience within a corporate environment
- Professional, warm, and confident communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs
- Able to move chairs and assist with room set-up
