PAY RATES

• 12.86 per hour – afternoon shift
• 13.51 per hour – Sunday rate
• 16.08 per hour – overtime after 37.5 hours

Working for Omnia Resourcing as a Picker Packer you will be supporting the permanent team for our client based in Leicester.

Responsibilities

• Picking
• Packing
• Performing a variety of roles for variety
• Working in a chilled environment
• Long standing hours at the job station

Shift Patterns and Working Hours

• 4 PM working until the job is finished
• 4-5 days a week between Sunday and Saturday

Key Attributes

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to work in a team
• Willingness to change tasks or departments as operations require
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more per day
• Able to communicate effectively with managers and other people in the department
• Great attention to detail
• Reliable with a desire to succeed
• Target driven / motivated
• Good English communication
• Initiative and the ability to solve problems
• At least 1 year experience in using a hand scanner
