Lead Arable Operator – Hands-On, Overtime & Cottage

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead Operator for a well-established 2,000-acre arable farm in Hull and East Yorkshire. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining machinery to high standards, collaborating with the Farm Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in arable farming with specific certifications, a strong mechanical understanding, and a willingness to work during busy periods. An hourly rate of £16.00 – £17.50 is offered depending on experience, along with a two-bedroom cottage as part of the package.
