As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based at our London Head Office, you will work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance sales environment helping schools across London and the South East secure exceptional teachers and support staff.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying, sourcing and interviewing high‑calibre education professionals
- Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff and school leaders
- Developing new business opportunities with schools across your specialist area
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Negotiating fees and securing long‑term partnerships
- Working towards ambitious targets with uncapped commission opportunities
- Building your own client portfolio and revenue stream
