Salary: NJC6 £29,856 (actual), £25,247 (pro rata) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Permanent

Start date: As soon as possible

This is a fulfilling role supporting students’ learning, attainment, and personal development. You will work in partnership with teachers to promote students’ independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion, helping them access the curriculum, engage in learning, and achieve success in the classroom. This is a rewarding position with a direct impact on students’ educational journeys and outcomes.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide tailored support that enables every student to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Support and adapt learning for pupils in any phase.
  • Be robust, resilient and take pride in helping students who can sometimes find school life challenging.
  • Be flexible, positive and compassionate.

To support the best outcomes for our students, we require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
