Role

You will work as part of a two‑person team operating specialist drainage vehicles. The role combines HGV driving with hands‑on drainage support work across the highways network.

Key Duties

• Drive and operate HGV Class 2 drainage vehicles (vacuum tankers)
• Work alongside an operative to support drainage clearance and maintenance
• Assist in operating specialist equipment to maintain surface water systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Hours

Monday to Friday, approximately 50 hours per week. Day shifts only: 07:00 ‑ 17:00.

Pay

£15 ‑ £16 per hour (PAYE), equivalent to £40,000+ basic per year based on typical hours.
