Bid Writer

Location: Manchester (Office-Based)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

About the Role

As a Bid Writer, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality, persuasive bids and proposals that help drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Writing and editing bids and tender submissions
  • Proofreading proposals and ensuring quality standards
  • Coordinating with internal departments to gather information
  • Ensuring full submission compliance with client requirements
  • Managing deadlines and submission schedules
  • Monitoring bid performance and identifying improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
