Our head offices based in the beautiful village of Hook Norton near Banbury. Here you will find our teams of finance, HR, purchasing, marketing & creative that support all of our locations across the Thomas Franks family. There is ample parking space available when visiting.

We’re seeking an exceptional PA to support our CFO. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a central role within a busy and vibrant organisation.

You’ll act as a trusted point of contact, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring the CFO’s schedule runs seamlessly. The role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home while remaining closely connected to the team.

Role requirements (Task & Responsibilities)

  • Efficiently manage the CFO schedule, encompassing agendas, correspondence, calls, and client liaison.
  • Calendar management and scheduling coordination.
  • Provision of comprehensive administrative support, including note‑taking, document/spreadsheet creation, and email management.
  • Attend meetings and oversee action item follow‑ups.
  • Co‑ordinate travel, visas and accommodation through our nominated suppliers for CFO and occasionally to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Track and collate expenses in our Expense Management System.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Handle personal information confidentially and show ethical and social responsibilities.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Organise and attend meetings ensuring the manager is well prepared.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when dealing with clients and colleagues’ needs and changing business demands.
  • Carry out ad‑hoc duties when required.

  • Ensure attendance to all senior meetings as required.
  • Ensure that all policies and procedural requirements of both legislation and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and flexible approach.
  • Maintain personal presentation to the highest standard at all times.
  • Carry out all reasonable requests of the management.
  • Team‑working abilities, listening skills, ability to work on own initiative, impeccable personal presentation.
  • Adaptability and flexibility as necessary; reliable, honest and open‑attentive to customer service, quality and partnership.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Be very organised and can multitask.
  • Be passionate about exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
  • Demonstrate reasonable/good standard of written English and reading skills.
  • Preferred experience in a customer or food‑preparation environment.
