Warehouse Operative – Coventry (Nuneaton)
Fixed Shift Patterns: 6am‑2pm or 10am‑6pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week. First 4–6 weeks of training will be completed at our site in Tamworth with transport provided from our Coventry site (CV10 7JS).
Key Responsibilities
- Check and book deliveries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Receive, store and process goods through SAP, ensuring compliance with all service level agreements
- Pick customer orders precisely, following all warehouse guidelines
- Prepare and dispatch shipments using approved third‑party couriers
- Support a range of warehouse tasks, showing flexibility and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Complete regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and on time
- Follow company policies, procedures and legal requirements at all times
- Actively contribute to health & safety, environmental standards and training, helping maintain a safe and compliant workplace
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to work safely and independently when required
- Experience with SAP warehouse management systems and scanning technology is an advantage
- Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
- Bendi licence – highly beneficial
