Location: London
Salary: £32,000 per year (40 hours, Monday to Friday) / overtime available at 1.5 rate

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
- Anticipate the needs of clients and guests, proactively addressing requests or concerns to enhance their experience.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring enquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
- Represent BaxterStorey with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Set up and arrange event spaces according to client specifications, ensuring tables, chairs, linens, and tableware are impeccably presented.
- Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, maintaining the flow of service.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including breakdown and cleaning of event spaces post-event.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of clients, guests, and staff.
