This position works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (20 hours per week). The role may require the ability to adjust working hours/days for holiday cover and peak periods.
Location: 60 London Wall, EC2M 5TQ.
Responsibilities
- Ensure every customer experience is a positive one, from high profile events and functions to corporate meetings.
- Set up, service and clear areas with meticulous attention to detail.
- Follow procedures and display good practice at all times.
- Listen carefully, take instructions and communicate confidently.
- Work to an organised plan and liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Food Safety Level 2 certificate.
- Health & Safety Level 2 certificate.
- No other formal qualifications required. The company will provide training and development.
