Business Development Manager – Soft Services FM

Reporting to: Soft Services Director
A leading UK soft services facilities management provider, backed by private equity, is looking to appoint a successful Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Cleaning, Security and Front of House services.
This is a high impact role suited to a commercially driven individual with a proven track record in soft services FM sales and a desire to progress towards Director level responsibility.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through to tender management, negotiation and contract award. There will also be exposure to wider integrated FM solutions across Property and Hard Services.
The role requires a proactive hands on sales professional who thrives in a high performance environment and is motivated by building and converting a strong commercial pipeline.
Key Requirements:
- Strong B2B business development background within Soft Services FM
- Proven success winning soft services contracts
- Experience managing PQQs, RFQs and tender processes
- Confident engaging stakeholders across corporate, commercial property or public sector environments
- Highly ambitious, target driven and motivated by progression to director level
