Role Overview
This newly created Director, Partner Designate role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a new Business Advisory Service, with a defined route into Partnership within 12‑18 months. You will take ownership of client relationships, drive business development, build a team and work closely with the Managing Partner to shape the future of the firm. The role combines technical excellence, commercial leadership and strategic influence.
Responsibilities
- Own and nurture client relationships.
- Drive business development and new client acquisition.
- Build and lead a high‑performance advisory team.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to shape strategy and future growth.
Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA/RI supported).
- Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work.
- Existing client portfolio with ambition to develop further.
- Background from a mid‑tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm.
- Commercial, advisory‑led mindset.
- Leadership capability and cultural alignment.
Compensation and Benefits
- £85,000 – £125,000 salary.
