Sports Development and Enrichment Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sports Development and Enrichment Officer across multiple sites at Loughborough College Group. This role will support the coordination and delivery of inclusive, high-quality sport and physical activity opportunities across the college group’s multiple sites, helping to enhance student wellbeing, engagement and participation.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination and delivery of inclusive, high-quality sport and physical activity opportunities across the college group’s multiple sites.
- Play a key role in delivering enrichment activities and supporting sports programmes.
- Build partnerships with external organisations to create a broad range of opportunities for students.
- Contribute to the promotion of student wellbeing, engagement and participation.
Qualifications
- Experience in sports development or coaching.
- Enthusiastic and motivated, passionate about inspiring others to lead active, healthy lifestyles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to supporting student success both on and off the field.
