Responsibilities
Candidate Management
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Screen candidates through initial qualification calls
- Build and maintain candidate relationships
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate preparation
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM system
- Deliver a high standard of candidate communication throughout the process
Client Support
- Support senior consultants on active vacancies
- Attend client briefing calls and internal recruitment meetings
- Learn how to qualify job requirements and hiring needs
- Assist with shortlisting and presenting candidates
- Support interview coordination and feedback management
Business Development
- Learn outbound sales and business development processes
- Conduct market mapping and prospect research
- Support lead generation activities
- Develop confidence handling outbound calls and messaging
- Build understanding of recruitment markets and industry trends
Operational Discipline
- Maintain CRM hygiene and process accuracy
- Track activity metrics and recruitment pipeline progress
- Meet agreed KPIs and activity expectations
- Follow internal recruitment processes consistently
