Credit Controller

Temporary (ongoing) – 6‑month placement
Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: up to £27,000
Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue accounts.
- Manage an assigned account base to maximise collection of monies owed.
- Maintain accurate records of the collection process.
- Work with customers to identify reasons for late payments and find solutions.
- Minimise bad debts within assigned account base.
- Collaborate closely with the sales department to resolve issues raised.
Qualifications
The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build rapport. Competent use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential. Good negotiation skills are also required.
