What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting Students

  • 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Running small group sessions
  • Helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills
  • Supporting behaviour using positive, trauma‑informed approaches

Creating Positive Change

  • Building strong, trusting relationships
  • Encouraging engagement (even on the tough days)
  • Acting as a calm, consistent role model

Working as Part of a Team

  • Collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff
  • Supporting personalised learning and behaviour plans
  • Providing feedback on student progress

Who We’re Looking For

Recent or upcoming graduates in:Psychology | Education | Criminology | Sociology | Youth Work | Health & Social Care | Sports | or similar
