I’m looking for a Senior Category Manager on behalf of one of my favourite FMCG clients, who are all about creating moments people genuinely love.
This is a role where you won’t just analyse the category, you’ll shape it. From influencing major grocery retailers to bringing category visions to life across range, promotions, and seasonal execution, you’ll be right at the heart of commercial decision-making.
You’ll be accountable for:
- Leading category strategy with key retail partners
- Turning data into compelling, insight-led stories
- Coaching and developing a high-performing Category Manager
- Driving growth across range, display, promotions & seasonal moments
They are looking for someone with:
- Strong UK grocery category management experience
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- A natural ability to turn insight into action
- Leadership skills that bring out the best in others
