About our Clients

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced room leader to support either a Toddler or Baby room to join our clients amazing nursery in Fulham. Hours are 40 per week, with salary c£34k plus a £1000 joining bonus, monthly travel card, and lots of other great benefits.

Requirements

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
• Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
• Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
