Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Cost Control, Finance or relevant Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous experience within the manufacturing/fabrication industry in a similar role is desirable, although not essential as candidates with the right mix of transferrable skills will also be highly suitable.
• Robust internal and external stakeholder management
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
• Excellent with Excel (a must)
• Great communicator (a must)
• Previous experience with Earned Value Management (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Cost Control matters
• Formulation and submission of AFPs
• Reconciliation of Work In Progress
• Client engagement and contract administration
• Weekly and Monthly KPI / metric production
• Liaison with the Project Team
• Update current processes where relevant to suit the role
• Change management and administration
