Corporate Solicitor

Top tier, Legal 500 firm has a unique opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their dynamic, high-performing team based within their Glasgow City Centre office.

The Role

You will advise ambitious, founder-led and high-growth businesses across Scotland and the UK.

Providing exert advice on investments, acquisitions, disposals and shareholder arrangements across sectors including technology, healthcare and other innovation-led industries.

This role offers exposure to transactions of varying size and complexity, with early client contact and real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio
• Advise on investments, acquisitions, disposals and share arrangements
• Draft and negotiate corporate documentation
• Lead smaller matters and support larger transactions
• Build strong, long-term client relationships

About You

• 3+ years’ PQE in corporate transactional work
• Experience running deals from start to finish
• Confident in client-facing roles
• Commercial, organised and collaborative
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
