Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for post completion support contracts
• Produce and submit technical submittal including description of operation and schedules
• Develop and agree project plans with customers
• Day to day co-ordination of resources
• Co-ordinate and communicate project Health & Safety and prepare and review H & S documentation
• P & L responsibility for assigned projects

Qualifications

• Candidates will have a BMS background and experience of Trend/Tridium, system integration and common protocols (Modbus, Bacnet, MBus)
• Experience of Distech software and hardware desirable
• Minimum 5 years BEMS service or commissioning experience essential together with an in-depth knowledge of building services and controls
