A rare opportunity to join a long-standing and reputable firm in Redhill as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager. This role offers autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to work with a loyal client base alongside a warm, experienced team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large and complex audit and accounts assignments
• Review and sign off technical work
• Support managers and develop the wider team
• Build trusted client relationships and offer strategic advice
• Work closely with partners on firm growth and planning

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience
• Expertise in both audit and accounts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
• A team player with a strategic mindset
