As they continue to scale internationally, they’re looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to support their International Markets team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the UK, US and wider regions.
This is a high‑impact commercial finance role combining hands‑on delivery with true strategic business partnering. You’ll work closely with senior leadership teams, helping to drive financial performance, shape decision‑making, and influence growth across multiple markets.
The role offers a strong blend of FP&A, commercial insight, and operational ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, global environment with real visibility.
This is a 12‑month FTC (with potential for extension but no guarantee) and requires 3 days per week in a London office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and support decision‑making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning across international markets
- Own monthly reporting, delivering clear, actionable commentary and performance analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, pricing, and investment decisions
- Support strategic initiatives through business cases and ad‑hoc analysis
- Take ownership of month‑end close, including revenue recognition and variance analysis
- Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and commercial visibility
Requirements
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (experience with planning tools is a plus)
- Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, international environment
