What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients end-to-end
• Acting as the trusted advisor on accounting and tax matters
• Reviewing accounts & tax returns (corporate + personal)
• Identifying tax planning opportunities (VAT, NIC, business strategy)
• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Working closely with Partners on advisory and business planning projects

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in practice (accounts & tax)
• Strong technical knowledge and review experience
• Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
