Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded business based in Normanton, who are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent, full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting the finance function, taking ownership of the sales ledger and ensuring cash flow is effectively managed.

Responsibilities

  • Chasing customers and clients for outstanding payments
  • Allocating cash and invoices accurately onto the ledger
  • Handling and resolving invoice and payment queries
  • Setting and reviewing customer credit limits
  • Producing accurate analysis and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you

  • Previous experience in a Credit Control or similar finance role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
