FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager: Build a function from ground up. You’ll start with nothing but a business, a leadership team ready for change, and a blank canvas.
Why This Isn’t Like Other FP&A Roles: This role gives you a business and asks you to design the framework, instead of running an existing one.

Day-to-Day
- Deep in models, connecting operational drivers to financial outcomes.
- Engage in conversations that shape real decisions: why a region outperforms, impacts of pricing or investment changes, cash generation and loss.
- Move quickly between detail and big picture; from numbers to narrative and from building to influencing.

Ideal Candidate
This role is about mindset, not ticking boxes.
- Prefer building models over maintaining them.

- Professional background in FP&A, commercial finance or analytical roles; CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified is a plus.
