The Role

You will manage a varied caseload, providing both advisory and tribunal work and gain exposure to some of the UK’s most prominent employers across multiple sectors.

The Work
- Manage a mixed caseload of employment matters, including advisory and tribunal work
- Provide HR-focused employment law advice to clients across multiple sectors
- Conduct advocacy at Employment Tribunals
- Draft and prepare legal documentation, correspondence, tribunal bundles, witness statements, and reports
- Support team members with their caseloads when required
- Produce client MI reports and assist with business development initiatives
- Work efficiently to meet SLAs, chargeable targets, and internal procedures
- Contribute to thought leadership through drafting articles and legal updates
Your Experience
- NQ–3 PQE qualified solicitor with Employment experience
- Strong technical knowledge and academic background
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing team
- Flexible, proactive, and client-focused mindset
- Interest in employment advocacy and HR advisory work
