What You’ll Do:
- ✔️ Provide technical assistance to staff and users
- ✔️ Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- ✔️ Install and configure systems and applications
- ✔️ Respond to helpdesk tickets and log support activities
- ✔️ Assist in system maintenance and updates
- ✔️ Help with user account setup and permissions
- ✔️ Track and manage IT inventory
- ✔️ Support onboarding/offboarding processes
- ✔️ Escalate advanced issues to senior IT staff
- ✔️ Follow IT service procedures and security policies
