Fuse are working with a leading Law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst into their Tech function and play a key role in delivering critical finance system projects.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our clients SAP S/4HANA upgrade programme and broader finance initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high‑impact projects within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business analysis for SAP S/4HANA upgrade and finance system projects.
• Engage with stakeholders across SAP teams, third‑party vendors, and project groups.
• Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team development.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Support project delivery using Agile tools and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades in a finance environment.
• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on finance system projects.
• Professional services background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
