We are a well-established and dynamic Community Eating Disorder Service delivering evidence-based care and treatment to young people aged 8-18 and their families. We are pleased to announce an opening for a dedicated and proactive B6 mental health practitioner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The post-holder will be supported via mentoring and supervision from senior colleagues to provide specialist assessment of young people with eating disorders and to offer evidence-based treatment interventions. The post holder will be a member of the multi-disciplinary Community Eating Disorder Service and will hold a small caseload of patients as well as being expected to work alongside and support other team members. Liaison with external services and contributing to clinical meetings with other professionals is an integral aspect of the role.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat young people with eating disorders. Maintain a small caseload and provide evidence-based interventions, while participating in clinical meetings and liaising with external services.
