Engineering Lead – AI-Native Platform (Hands-On, 3–5 Engineers)

Dex is partnering with a company building a true AI-native CRM platform. You will lead a new product area end-to-end, recruiting and growing a 3-5 engineer team while remaining 80% hands-on.

This is a rare seat for Staff Engineer or Tech Lead with direct reports, not a pure management role. You will architect, ship core features across backend (Go/TypeScript/Node.js) or frontend (React), drive technical direction, and evolve the platform to scale with AI capabilities.
