(Teaching roles and jobs at Grade 12 and above (currently £32,555 per annum / £16.92 per hour) Employability keyworkers provide essential and invaluable support to help Aberdeen residents progress into work, training, volunteering or education through a range of person-centred activities. We’re looking for people-focused employability professionals to join Aberdeen City Council’s Employability Service, ABZWorks, to help our residents out of poverty and our city’s economy flourish.This is a hybrid working role, with an expectation that at least three days will be in-person.Fixed term to 31 March 2026 with potential to extend subject to funding. The role requires providing employability support to individuals on a 1:2:1 basis or in small groups, enabling them to access training and wider services, with the ultimate aim of them getting into work or an alternative positive destination. Adult Learning and/or Youth Work Experience PVG Membership for Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, or Relevant local and national policies relating to the employability and child poverty agendas
