Field Service Manager, Imaging Systems

Locations: Hertford, Stevenage, Letchworth, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, St Albans and Ware.

Base pay range

• Basic Salary: £60,000 to £70,000

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Engineers
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers
• Attend meetings and provide customer care
• Ensure the delivery of يت KPIs set out in SLAs, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction
• Maintain financial delivery within set budgets

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Field Service Supervisor or Team Leader
• Experience managing Service Engineers from high‑technology capital‑equipment sectors (laboratory, medical, security, print press, defence, radar, etc.)
• Commercial skills and business flair
• Ability to foster key customer relationships
• Capability to support and motivate a field service team, develop new revenue streams and increase market share across a broad product portfolio
