Recruitment Business Partner – Dual‑Site (Hybrid)

Locations: Two major corporate sites in Hounslow TW6 2GW (Hybrid: regular onsite presence across both locations)

Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package

Contract: Permanent

Brand: Guidant Global part of Impellam Group

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, relationship‑driven Recruitment Business Partner to support two high‑profile corporate environments.

This role is positioned firmly as a trusted‑advisor, client‑facing opportunity — not transactional recruitment. Your ability to influence, build partnerships, and navigate complex stakeholder networks will be central to your success.

You’ll be joining a fast‑paced, high‑volume program supported by a collaborative Guidant team, with structured training designed to help you thrive in an advisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for white‑collar professional contractors across two busy sites.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with hiring managers, acting as a strategic partner.
  • Provide market insights and support workforce planning decisions.
  • Manage supplier performance, CV quality, and pipeline activity.
  • Maintain exceptional delivery standards across SLAs and KPIs.
  • Work closely with internal sourcing teams to shape recruitment strategies and best practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience recruiting white‑collar contractors or professional‑level talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management — confident, proactive, and able to influence at all levels.
  • Background in MSP, RPO, or agency recruitment (agency experience highly valued for pace and resilience).
  • Understanding of contingent workforce models and supplier management.
  • Consultative communication style with a solutions‑focused approach.
  • Strong networking, influencing, and relationship‑building ability —prioritised over direct sector experience.
  • Ability to operate effectively in high‑volume, fast‑moving settings.

Why This Role?

  • Opportunity to build visibility and influence across two major corporate environments.
  • Supportive, collaborative culture with strong partnership values.
  • Clear pathways for development into senior RBP or specialist roles.
  • Exposure to large programs, transformation initiatives, and complex stakeholder groups.
  • Structured onboarding and training — ideal for recruiters wanting to step into a more strategic, advisory role.

The Team & Culture

You’ll join a collaborative, transparent, people‑focused team known for strong client relationships.

Onsite presence is typically three days per week, with flexibility where appropriate.
