Logistics Exec (Shipping, Supply Chain) JAC

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with with factory, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions
• Familiar with insurance claims
• Familiar with COO, LC and other export documents for shipments
• Familiar with SAP and Export Control
• Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, orequivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chainoperations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention todetail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engageboth internal teams and external service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in afast-paced environment.
• Experience in process improvement, audit support, or system enhancement initiatives will bean added advantage
