  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
  • Early finish on Fridays, free onsite parking, company events, company pension, 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)

We’re recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Chichester. This is an office‑based position 4 days per week, and the role requires a fluent German speaker, as you’ll be liaising regularly with German warehouse facilities.

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a varied and fast‑paced role within the production and technical team, where you’ll be responsible for inventory control, import/export procedures, bills of materials, product scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

This position is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining production schedules and work plans
  • Using bills of materials to ensure appropriate levels of built items and subassemblies
  • Coordinating shipments to and from the EU and worldwide, ensuring full compliance with import and export procedures
  • Liaising with customers to clear shipments efficiently
  • Producing various reports, including technical documentation and production performance data
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date records

Requirements

  • Fluent German speaker
  • Strong communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator role or similar
  • Able to commit to a 12‑month fixed‑term contract
