Responsibilities
- Providing legal advice and support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
- Advising a range of clients from private equity houses and financial services clients.
- Working closely with Partners and senior fee earners on deals.
- Supporting the team with marketing and business development activities.
Qualifications / Profile
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales; likely 1–4 years PQE.
- Strong academic record.
- Ties to Sheffield.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
