Empowerment Coach for Employment & Skills

Exeter College is recruiting an Employability Coach to support adults across North Devon in overcoming barriers and building confidence for education or employment. You will deliver group activities and one-to-one coaching, helping learners to progress towards employment or further training within a supportive team.

You’ll work with local community organisations and partners to create opportunities, with safeguarding and inclusive practices at the core of the role.
