Job Title: Project Engineer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team in Nottingham. This role is ideal for someone with a solid engineering background and experience working in food or FMCG manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Engineering
• Proficient in CAD software
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment – ideally within food or FMCG sectors
• High level of attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supporting project delivery from concept through to implementation
• Producing and reviewing technical drawings using CAD
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
• Identifying and resolving any project issues in a timely manner
